Not new to MFP but acting and DOING IT this time!

Hello, I’m Jess!
I have been a MFP member for sometime now. However, my goals were added and usually stopped within a week. It would make a week because I would take the first two days of sticking to it then on the third, fourth, fifth etc, I would use to feel bad about not “Doing it!” Now that is all over and it’s time to DO IT! I am on a “Journey 2 My Best Self”. I am in my 20th day and first week of really watching the food intake. I am happy to report, I have lost some but not to my goal yet!
I am looking for like-minded individuals to help keep me motivated “2 My Best Self”!

I am happy to start again after so many times of up and downs. I know that myfitnesspal community can be very encouraging..... i need motivation to keep going. I was down 193 before the virus, up 208 now at 205 and trying my best. recipes are always welcomed, keto friendly are best. Glad to join you all on this journey. Blessings0
