    November Goals:
    Increase water and decrease stress eating
    Stay under 1500 calories
    Stretch everyday

    11/2: 178.7
    11/3: 177.9 - Drinking hot tea during my stress eating times is helping to stay on track for sure, but I did snack on some Halloween candy sitting out which put me over my calories.
