    Okay, so I just got down to 190 today (down from 245). Feeling great!! Still about 25-30lbs away from my goal, but I am feeling very motivated! Down from about a 40+" waist to 34" and a tight 44 jacket to a 40. Before and after below:


    This was before and not my heaviest - too embarrassed to take pics @ 245 - this was just around 235 +/-
