Anxiety with filling out my meals.

Does anyone else feel anxiety while filling out the meal part of this app. I am not sure if I watch my diet more or less with the app. I do know that my anxiety is not the apps fault, I just know that my anxiety is seeing what I really eat. What is your thoughts?

As with anything else dealing with anxiety, it's a necessary evil to just do it. I have anxiety in all aspects of life but it gets better the more you do it and once you start seeing results I think that it'll start feeling rewarding. Best of luck2

My anxiety is in my inability to figure out what I have actually eaten. I have logged in the past but then I stuck with the same thing all the time, because I knew it.
But I like trying new things and adding a bit of this and that... And before I know it, I have no idea what I've made, or how many calories are in it... At which point the over literal side in me throws up my hands and says "it's inaccurate, so why even bother".
It's a weird kind of anxiety.3 -

Also setting your diary to private may help until you get it figured out. Just a thought.3 -
The anxiety of logging eventually went away for me. And like kinetixtrainer2 said, keeping your diary private can help. I have OCD so I was obsessed at one point in time with hitting that "complete diary" button everyday. Until I realized... it will still count your streak without clicking that button. And the streak is only important to you.2
