Question,

What BL dvd's do you currently have and are you working out to any of them at this current moment?

I have Powerwalk and Cardio Max Lvl 1-3

I would like to start incorporating them into my workout. I need to start getting in an hour in the morning in addition to my 2 hours after work!! I have been slacking big time this week but it is what it is......

    I have their power walk, cardio max and yoga. I work out to cardio max maybe one or twice a month sometimes, but the power walk (miles 2 and 3 i like). Have you looked into Leslie Sansone? I love her dvds!

    BL the workout, Last Chance Workout, and BL Yoga are part of my current workout routines. Last Chance workout is a great calorie burner.
  • I love Powerwalk! I have Last Chance Workout and one other... Last Chance is really good, and I would definitely recommend it. A lot of cardio to start your day.

    Yes I have Leslie's 4 mile walk....and i do like it but i think the BL powerwalk does more for me as far as calorie burn....because they are doing more than just walking....
