    It’s difficult, and this is my third time back here. My motivation this time? A routine blood test that said I was fit but pre-diabetes. Diabetes=67 and I scored 66. It’s given me the kick I need and since 4th August I have dropped 29lbs. 19st down to 16st 13. Hopefully you don’t get to this sort of crossroads, the fact you are here shows you gave the motivation to get it done. Good luck!
