That's right, the origional is back by popular demand!

On a ball or on the wall, crunch standing, sitting or good old on the floor. You CAN fit these in anywhere!

Throughout the day if need be. Minimally in sets of 20. Don't forget to STRECH!

200 is the challenge. Get them done by midnight :) Report back when you've finished!

Oh and post a link on your wall to get your friends in on this! Strength in numbers :)
