Hi Kathryn! We can do this!!
For snacks, I tend to crave more salty and savory... so I don't know that you would like my choices! But I usually have a string cheese, pickles or veggies and salsa.
Trust me, I enjoy sugary stuff as well!! Maybe some frozen grapes, ice pops, or individually-packaged treats to control portions? I also love the Trader Joe's 100-calorie milk chocolate bars.

I buy almond bark from Walmart and will melt a square and dip fruit into it.. the almond bark is actually healthier it's only 80 calories and a plus side you can get in your servings of fruit for the day
I also like to freeze some chobani yogurt and have that with fruit as well
You can make protein pancakes with your favorite protein powder oats/egg whites/pam top it off with a little preservative/jam and peanut butter/almond butter (email for full recipe and ingredients if interested) or your favorite sugar free syrup.
Another thing that I love is baking a half of a large sweet potato, or sweet mashed potato topped with a tbsp of unsalted grass fed butter, a little tsp of brown sugar and a tbsp of agave syrup
If you ever just crave snacks in general I like to make a small cucumber salad with 1-2 tuna pouches (sweet n spicy by starkist, Aldis has a cheaper brand) 1 babybel mini cheese, a tbsp of simply nature organic oil&vinegar dressing with cayenne pepper and various seasonings this will give you 30 to 40 grams of protein
Or a cup of skinny pop (39 calories for 1 cup) with a tiny bit of 0 calorie jalapeño cheddar seasoning, raspberries and dark cocoa, Daisy Cottage cheese and celery, Activia (90 calories)
Aside from the chobani mentioned earlier Halo top, enlightened, and so delicious makes some pretty good keto and vegan alternatives to ice cream... also your local frozen yogurt parlors are a nice fit too in moderation they're considered just as healthy as the alternatives if not healthier.
A side note: cauliflower pizza, veggie noodles instead of regular pasta, are some honorable mentions for alternatives but for meal ideas..
All of these ideas are not incorporated all the time I do eat these things every now and then but in moderation..
Hope this helps!0 -
You can eat your sugary treats and lose, just weigh and track and eat in a deficit.0
