Seeking Accountability

Hi all. I’ve been discovering that my eating habits need to change. I will be tracking everything through MFP beginning today.

A little bit about me: I’m a husband, father of 3, and an educator. I enjoy yoga, hiking local trails, and walking my golden doodle.

My current goal is to log everything I eat for 40 days (starting 11/11). I believe this will lead to weight loss...I’m currently about 10 lbs above my ideal.

If anyone would like an accountability buddy here who has specific goals in mind, let me know. Not interested in collecting a friends list. Looking to truly encourage and be encouraged.
