I had a question MyFitnessPal sets a certain amount of calories to lose weight how long should I stick with the same calories like when should I weight in cause I see the calories change

    I may be misunderstanding you, so please correct me if I am wrong. You'd like to know at what point you have lost so much weight that you should change the daily calories MFP is giving you, right?

    There is no hard and fast rule for that. Many people tell MFP to recalculate the daily calorie goal every time they are down about 2, 3, or 5 kg. Other people tell MFP to recalculate the goal whenever they stop losing weight at the rate they where expecting. - And some people set their calorie goals manually, adjusting whenever they feel that it is needed.
