Hi. Im new to this. Ive just started a new fitness goal. Weight training 90mins 3 days a week and high Intensity Interval Training 2 days a week. I burned 850 calories yesterday and today I burned 370 calories. Really enjoying this training. Feels great. Im 100kg, my goal weight is to lose the gut a tone up at around 90kg

Very nice, with that training and a bit of patience you will get there, just make sure your nutrition is good and you are not eating exercise calories (people might disagree with the latter)0
