I really have no idea. I'd guess 20%? Or am I way off base?

And yes, I might just be using this as an excuse to re-display my "before and after" Turbo Fire pictures....

I'd guess 20%, or maybe a tiny bit higher. Women tend to hold onto fat differently than men.

    In my profile picture here:

I'm 18%20%. You have a bit more ab definition than I do, but you carry a little more through your hips (typical for females). Also...I of course have substantially more muscle overall (being male)...so my percentage is going to be lower.

Either way you look incredible...wonderful work!!

I would say about 23%, but not an expert. If you really want to know, call a university in your area and ask if they do Bod Pod testing. Usually costs about $25

Where does everyone go to test their body fat. I have yet to find a good site! The one I use most often last had me tested at 18% But the navy test said I was 23%. And another site said I was 21% and another said 30%. So I gave up and I'm too cheap to visit a doctor just for a body fat test.

I got a highly rated caliper from amazon. Measured my shame, then put it into a spreadheet I would happily share. (calculations from apparently professionals lol)

    Here's the orginal post:

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/334141-12-week-turbo-fire-done-12lbs-gone-pictures

12lbs lost in 16 weeks. Turbo Fire is a set of DVDs that you do on a 12 week schedule. Mostly cardio with HIITs worked in, some individual HIITS, a couple of strength workouts, and a yoga workout. I really enjoy it. It's kind of pricy (and don't be tempted by the cheap copies on Ebay or Amazon, the are pirated) but worth it. There are also additional DVDs which can turn it into a 20 week program instead of 12.

I don't know if I really care though. Still not happy with my thighs but it is pretty obvious that I'm maintaining a good amount of muscle as I lose and that's all I really need to know I guess. Just randomly wondering.

I do Fitness evaluations and BF% daily. Based on the pics I'll say you're about 26%.

I'd say 23%. You do have much more lean leg mass than I do.

For comparisons sake (all % are calipered):

    Me @ 26%
    fd4d0ca4.jpg

On June 3rd, I calipered in at 19.8%
On July 28th, I calipered in at 18.95%

Looked but the angle isn't good enough for me to see your whole body.
