    Animal crackers with light cool whip works for a low fat dessert. Makes me feel like I'm really having something SWEET!

    McFlurry with M&M's = 710 calories
    Hershey's Cookies and Cream chocolate bars =? calories

    And once in a while, if I let myself go COMPLETELY insane, i treat myself to a Warm Chocolate Chip Lava Cookie from Red Lobster which has about 1,100 calories. You see, this is why I don't eat dessert.

    But if I have a sweet craving, I take one or two Hershey's kisses :)

    A restaurant based out of Cincinnati has a lava cake, but it's white cake with a caramel "lava". They also add a big scoop of Graeters Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

    Another one of my favorite restaurants, Mitchells Seafood Market, has a 7-layer carrot cake. That was our groom's cake when I got married :)

    fresh pear slices with cheddar cheese slices & drizzled with honey! Delicious, fairly low cal, & healthy.

    My wife and I, treat ourselves once a month to Cheesecake Factory. And share a slice of Red Velvet Cheese Cake, which is probably the most amazing dessert I've ever taseted.

    Other than that, I've been sticking to Pretzel M&M's. slammin

    Who are we kidding? All latte's should be treated like a dessert, not an everyday occurrence.

    i love coldstone!!! anyone that doesn't know, it is an ice cream place that literally cuts the toppings into the ice cream instead of just sprinkling them on top. i get the sinless sweet cream, which is low cal, and put in some peanut butter, fudge, and reeses cups. this is a once a month type dessert, lol. normally i stick to the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches my wife brings home.
