I cant believe how different I look and how much more confidence i have with just that much weight loss. I have so much more to go and I cant wait to conquer it. Sorry for how huge the pic is. Not sure how to change it.

    So proud of you. My high was 317 and I'm currently 184. My most exciting moment was when I hit the 50lb mark and realized I had lost an entire kindergartner. Keep up the good wor, you're awesome.

    Great job! Keep taking those progress pics! If you’re not already doing so, take full body pics front back and side. It made me cringe at first, but they provided lots of motivation during my journey snd into maintenance.
