I am only a few days in, but I am noticing that every day I am over in carbs and sugar, and under in calories! I don't want to snack my way up to the right level (I'm usually between 100-300 below after dinner (sometimes closer to 400!)) but I also don't know what to eat to get the calories without the carbs and sugars.
Any bright ideas?

some healthy fats will help to boost the calories without increasing your carbs..... think peanut butter, avacados, peanuts, olive oil, etc.0

I choose almonds usually. They have protein for when you're exercising and they're quick and easy.0

Peanut butter for sure!!! Yummy!
I like it in protein shakes with some strawberries!

High-protein low-carb shakes, tofu, edamame, and hummus and carrots are some of my favorites. Also, just a few small pieces of chicken will do too (like those pre-cooked strips).0
