I'm always trying new HIIT and cardio workouts (currently doing Chloe Ting's 2 week 2020 shred) and nothing gets me more excited to push harder than a good playlist, share your favorites here!
Here are some playlists I like to alternate between, the genres are all over the place but its all fun stuff:

Thanks! Will check them out.
I've built a random Spotify playlist for rebounding - but am always looking to add new songs. Since I only use the free version of Spotify, I also open my media player with a good song with a driving-beat and set the volume of the player a little louder than the Spotify volume. Then, whenever Spotify cuts to an ad, I just tap the space bar on my laptop, let the media player volume overtake the ad, and never miss a beat.1 -

That is such an amazing idea to cheat the system and keep yourself focused. That's the whole reason I love making playlists because there's often gaps or paces that just don't get me going! Share yours if you'd like, I'm always looking for new things0 -
I'm not sure how to find the link, but I think if you search 'Rebounder' and find the playlist by Spotify User with 175 songs, that's my playlist.0
