Starting Again

Hey there, I'm back on MFP again after about a year off from using it seriously. Original start weight was 272. I got down to 160, but am back up to about 190. Ideally would like to get to 140 - so 50 pounds to go. I have lost more than that before, so I know it can happen again, its just tough. I have also developed a pretty powerful sweet tooth that is difficult to ignore.

I'm 20 pounds over the "if I ever get to this weight again I will calorie count back" limit.

I started in the 190s and have gotten myself down to 160s, heading to 140. I started with Noom and it worked really well. Still applying those principles, but using MFP to shift my focus to nutrients. Hoping to avoid hitting my goal and going back up!
