Friday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Calf Raises

Let's see if we can do 350.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
Do them the hardest way you can and try to get all 350.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    Ok... i'm in!
    Bit later for me today as it's already 1pm and I've already ridden but I can 'feel' the other days in aching muscles so it's definately doing me good! :)

    OMG.. I'm so dumb!!!
    I have done my 350 Calf raises but also.. have done 80 LEG LIFTS!! :blushing: I was thinking as I did them that they are hard and how am I ever going to make it to 350!! :laugh:

    Calf raises however were fine.. as I ride I do them naturally in the saddle. :tongue:

    Great workout for me today then! :laugh:

    finished all 350 of them, heading off for a bike ride.

    i did 400, i was counting in 25s and when i marked it down (so i wouldnt forget) i counted the marks as 20 so i got in an extra 50 today... no wonder my calf is sore. I did the first half with just the left leg. the second half i put the right leg down and lifted it too with the majority of my weight being on my left leg... that way the right calf got the motions with out the ankle getting the weight. :)
