Hi! I've been looking on YT for a workout that is actually doable for someone as unfit as I am! Does anyone have any recommendations of channels with good newbie content?

HASFIT have some great stuff on their channel, I used their low impact/beginner strength videos when I was recovering from a back injury and was around 100lbs overweight and sooo unfit.2

Perfect! Thanks so much!0

There's another channel, ChairWorkouts, that seems promising.1 -

Firstly, way to go to you for making the effort to appreciate your body. Movement is a gift!!
Secondly, I love Team Body Project!! (I'm a low-impact kind of gal.)
Team Body Project (TBP) does have a paid membership, but they are generous to release several amazing workouts available on YouTube for FREE.

Here are a few of TBP's sessions (I hope it is okay for me to drop the links here!!):

I think this one is especially fun:

I haven't done this one myself, and I realize you might not be a "senior" and are able to do something more challenging than this, but TBP also has some seated exercise sessions:

I've done this one several times (in fact, I completed another round of it just a week or so ago!):

This is one of their most-viewed ones:

Okiedoke; just one more I want to share here, and I promise I will pipe down and leave it to the other Pals.
This last one here is for those days where you might have less time, or for days where you just want to add a little burst of energy to the day -- it's LESS than 10 MINUTEs!! (How 'bout da'?)

This, for flexibility. Gives great suggestions on how far to push yourself. She's a dancer, and it can be intimidating to watch her.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qULTwquOuT4&feature=emb_logo1

Leslie Sansone has some great workouts on youtube. Low impact and easy to follow. This is a 20 minute one to get you started https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqaNUjTR70A I do two of her 30 minute workouts in a day sometimes, I always aim for about an hour of exercise.1
