Old but new

Hiya,

My name is Rosie and I use to use MFP years ago. Since then I have had two boys currently 2.5yrs and 16 months. I have reached the point where I'm ready to commit to my health and fitness regime again. I use intermittent fasting during the week and work out 3 times a week. Always open to feedback and definitely do better when I have others to support and support back. I started my new mindset in August with the goal if losing 5kg by Christmas........... I love Christmas and food so the struggle is real!
