    That does seem like a shirt I or a close friend of mine would own (we're cat sisters from separate misters, lol).

    And yes, it is! I bought it off of a military spouse a few years ago when she was getting rid of stuff before her move. It's been pretty helpful as it does a lot more than my basic Kenmore that I've had for ages does. :)
