Ok so I have a very silly/stupid question but I honestly don't know and would like an answer.

Please please please don’t every consider anything to be stupid or silly here. A genuine question is asked for a search for knowledge.

Our bodies, weight loss, techniques, everything is worth considering and learning more about.

I’m from the generation where we didn’t talk about or bodies, especially private parts, or even stuff like feet, underarms, BO and so on. When I read articles of studies about women not knowing the names of parts of their bodies, yup, that’s me. I’ve had a good laugh with friends about it. It’s widespread for my generation.

Now that’s silly and stupid.
