    I went up for about 2 days and am finally back down to where I was my lowest over the weekend. YEAH!!! Now the struggle is to keep it going down.

    Whoo hoo! I lost another 1.8lbs so now I'm so close to having a total loss of 20lbs and I've lost 11lbs during this challenge. I'm so excited. Just 12lbs left.

    Haven't weighed in 2 weeks! Haven't been doing well and I'm worried, but I'll weigh tomorrow morning and see what damage I've done!

    Somehow managed to gain 4lbs in a week (.5 lbs each day) eating 1200 calories and less than 2500 milligrams sodium, I'm just happy to weigh in at the weight i was last week!

    Just realized I'm 3lbs from being out of the obese catagory. I'm so excited. Not that I think I look obese but technically I'll be healthy.

    Alright! Well, I finally got around to weighing in, and I've yet to lose much. I think I have to acclimate myself to my diet whilst I'm here. Bangers and mash are delicious, but not particularly good for the girl trying to lose a few pounds haha.

    Weighed in today at 200.7. So bummed because I have been under 200 for the past 3 weeks. I know my eating hasn't been great, but I wasn't that far over calories. Oh yeah, TOM is due any day now. Maybe it's that. Enjoy the weekend !!Halloween is getting closer and closer!!

    I ****ing love halloween!!!
    I need to hop on a scale, but I'm pretty much at my goal weight, so my goal for halloween is to keep my stomach flat. I'm going to be wearing hotpants and a bra so I can't afford to have a beer belly :)

    Hello Everyone!! I've lost one pound, but at softball yesterday I sprained my ankle. I'm going to continue to watch what I eat. but unfortunately I have to RICE it until next Monday when I go for a follow appt with a Sports Med Dr. Everyone is doing great! Keep up your hard work! :drinker:

    I was doing good but this weekend kind of ruined it with a birthday party and local festival. I got back to my exercise today so hopefully that helps. Going to do my best to keep it up this week since I took a week off my exercise last week. However there's a possible cold about to go around my house and I'm really hoping I don't catch it.
