Ready to get a jump start on the new year

What’s up everyone. Just looking for some motivating supportive ppl to help me stay on track and stay focused on my journey. Also looking to be that support. We can meet our goals together. If that’s you, feel free to add me and share your struggles or achievements and definitely any new recipes. I’m so tired of my meal plan.

So how do you add? And what are your goals?

I want to lose some weight. I’d like to build more muscle as well but weights are limited. So I figure I’d just do high rep sets with my 25 lb dumbell to cut some fat. My real problem is my eating. I get bored with the same regular dishes and I’ve gotten a bit lazy from the lock down. Bad combination lol

Lockdown has been tough on all of us. I was getting back into a gym routine when the gym closed down for 4 weeks again. Its supposed to open right around Christmas again.

Best of luck to you, I know I'm awful at meal prep myself, that's going to be a goal of mine once the holidays are done.

What kind of diet plan/way of eating do you stick too?

Lifting weights won’t cut fat. You will cut fat by eating at a deficit though. Weigh and measure your food accurately.
