Hello!!
This is my second weight loss journey. Having lost 100lbs 10 years ago using weight watchers and just a treadmill, it seems the 50 I’ve gained back is going to be much more stubborn and frustrating to get rid of! A community that understands and can hold me accountable seems like exactly what I need for a kick the rear!
6 weeks in, personal trainer 3x a week and watching my food religiously has only resulted in 6lbs lost 🤬🤬🤬.
I’m excited to commiserate with y’all!! 😂

1 lb a week is nothing to be upset about. Are you using a food scale and tracking everything that you eat?0

That's not bad at all. I lost about 6 lbs in 2 months since I hit my plateau. So no worries. Any progress is better than no progress0

Thats amazing !! You should be really proud of yourself, you see a personal trainer and are diligent with your calories. And it's working, in the end all that matters is that you're going in the opposite direction.0
