Hi there, I'm aged 53 and slap bang in the middle of the menopause. I thought it would be interesting to have a group where people could discuss any issues they are experiencing.

    I am 52 and the issue that I have with menopause is the excessive weight that I carry in my stomach. Has anyone at this age been successful with losing menopausal belly fat?
