After so many diets, I'm back to My Fitness Pal

I learned a lot of pros and cons from trying so many diets in the past 4 years. I went from Vegan 2 years, to Keto and to Carnivore, and Paleo. I finally found a sweet spot in which I can take the best out of all of them and making something of my own, but also not feeling guilty over some snacks. I've found the most success by creating my own but also using MFP to track my calories. So now, I'm back!
