4WEEKS!!!!!!! 4 weeks of dedication is absolutely imperative for me. After 4 weeks or one month you will start to see a change in your body, in your energy levels, and in your mental health. 4 weeks is that magic number that pushes you into feeling like you can do it. you stop feeling so sore form weight training and cardio, you stop feeling gassed, and you start to develop that foundation. Only 4 weeks after that people will start to really notice around you. It may take years to obtain the goals that we want. But it only take weeks for us to change out lives. Good luck don

Start weighing and tracking your foods. You can start with what you normally eat in a day.

Then you can set up a goal in MFP of what you want to lose and get a calorie goal. Gradually cut back portion sizes so that you can eat in that range to lose weight.

And patience. You won’t lose fast, but if you eat in a deficit you will lose weight.
  • Well Don_ I’ll tell you my story in short so I don’t bore ya! About a year ago I was 340, highest ever. Typical fun person to be around so on so forth... drank like a fish. Always been a big dude. Did some fad diets, weight loss competitions just to win money. Within that time I stayed between 320 and 330. About gave up and just continued being that guy they know as the funny *kitten* drinker. One Saturday night (drunk night) I googled fitness trainer near me. That’s when it all changed. October 12th of this year, I had a consultation with him at 317 pounds. Today, not even 2 months, I weighed in tonight at 281. There’s a switch in your head you gotta find. It isn’t easy bro, there’s days I struggle. I went from almost four 1.75’s of vodka with soda a week. Sad I know, but I ain’t looking for a pity party. You can do this brother! Find that switch and do it. I’m excited to go to the gym now and I push my trainer to push me. Don’t back down bro, go for gold even if it hurts, your body will heal with your help. And only yours... I still treat myself to some beers (ultra lights) on Friday and Saturday, but I find ways to challenge myself outside of the gym. And remember, what you do at the gym doesn’t matter unless you alter what you do outside of the gym. 💪✌️
