Which workout produces most inches lost in midsection? Resul

Hi all--

So, since my body has decided to gain muscle instead of lose lbs (not a bad thing), I'm going to focus on LOSING INCHES IN MY MIDSECTION. My stomach is my trouble spot, and I might as well try to kick my abs and obliques into shape.

What is the best workout DVD or routine that you've done and seen the most results from in your midsection? If you have them, please post result #s or photos.

    I lost 4 inches on my mid section doing JM 30 DS. : )

  • started my first day of 30 day shred yesterday.. feeling the burn for sure!!
  • I think you would do very well by doing 30 Day Shred for the 30 days ... it helped jump start my stall ... Just be careful to make sure if you take your spinning class and training session on top of the Shred that you make sure you get enough fuel for your body.

    edited: to say that I lost a lot of inches (close to 20) and about 8lbs during the shred.

    I know you can't, but you CAN focus on building muscle in your midsection, which hopefully will flatten it out :)
