OBESITY WILL NOT WIN

Hello,

I have been Obese pretty much my entire life. I embraced it so much to the point I believed it was a normal way of Life. I even learned how to dress it up very nicely however, my health has not been the greatest. Running out of breath frequently, Big Mid section but most of all borderline Diabetic! I have made my mind to change my eating for"My Life" and for the rest of my life !. Life is sooooo short and while I have strength and power I'm going to take full advantage of it. Wish me luck
