Hello, so my name is jordan and i am a 6ft male, i am looking to loose weight and still enjoy what i am eating.

I am currently having meals such as this but i am unsure whether it is healthy for me to eat while on a diet. i am currently 81kg and looking to drop about 10kg over the coming months. Do you think me having ready made meals such as this and a bacon sandwich with 2 slices of bacon and wholemeal bread is enough for a day in terms of calories? all together i am eating about 1200 calories (even with me adding bananas etc to the diet) but i am not feeling hungry afterwards and quite satisfied with what i have eat for the day. should i add more food to make it upto 1500 calories or keep as i am?

1200 calories is too low for a 6t male. You should be eating a minimum of 1500 calories.
Put your stats into MFP set your weight loss for 1lb per week and see what calories goal it gives you.
Weigh all your food on a food scale and enter into your diary. Try and hit your calorie goal on a daily basis. Eat what foods you like just make them fit into your calorie goal.
If you exercise you earn more calories and you can eat some or all of them back.
You need to make sure you are eating enough to fuel your body, eat a wide range of foods, protein, carbs, fats, fruit, veg, rice, pasta are all good just make sure you stick to your calorie goal as often as possible. Allow for a few treats along the way and the whole process will be much more pleasant than if you are starving yourself or cutting out foods you like.
Good luck4
