    I discovered a shortcut today. If you put your Fitbit in the dryer, you can get a head start on your steps. I had 3,800 steps in before I put on my pants! Lol.

    @sandy_in_sandy_land me too! I struggle with motivation. But, again, I’m trying to start being more dedicated again and hope it sticks! The main thing is we don’t just stay down when we fall, we always try to get up.

    Just seen a commercial for DQ that says "Come fuel up with a DQ meal".
    Sure thing, that greasy *kitten* burger and 2 cups of ice cream topped with strawberry syrup is really gonna fuel me up...for about 10 min until I have to hit the toilet......
