Exercise mats

I am looking to buy an exercise mat to put over a concrete basement floor. I need something for a little cushion when strength training and to absorb the shock of cardio, like TurboFire. I have found some interlocking ones I'm considering buying but wonder if moving around side to side would ever pull them apart. Any suggestions?

I also have one of the puzzle mats from Walmart and I bought it specifically for Turbo Fire. It works great! Worth every penny!0

Thanks, I found some on Amazon just like that, I think I will go for it.
(edit) Ohh, actually I think the Walmart ones are cheaper, thanks for the post!0
