Trying to get healthy and stick to it....

Hello everyone, I'm a returning member, and hoping to meet my goal this time. I need to lose around 50 pounds, but more importantly I want to be fit and healthy. If you're an encourager or have some helpful ideas let me know, Thanks.

    Go step by step, don't try to change everything at once! I just reduced my calories to a small deficit (slow and steady wins the race), still eating the foods I like. Subsequently making small improvements to my diet.
    Same thing with exercice: I started by increasing my step count and worked up from there.

    I’m a returning member starting again - today. I’ve found that I have the most success when I’m consistently logging. Everything. Gives me a real picture of what’s going on and what I can change.
