I want to get fit like Zuzana Light, searching for motivational friends :)

Hey,

I am female, 5 ft 7, 136 lbs, (170 cm 62 kg) working out my whole life and already in a pretty good shape, but definitely not in the best shape of my life. I want to cut a few pounds of pure fat while maintaining or even gaining a bit of muscle. The last 2 years I am almost only running a lot, so I want to introduce more strength training in order to form my muscles. Running is just melting everything... Lately I thought that the body of Zuzana Light is really inspiring me!

So... I made a plan to cut at least 2000 calories weekly, workout daily and eat clean 6/7 days a week (not low carb and not vegan). Pretty much get a bit more consistent on every level, get to the "next" level. I think I will do better if I communicate with some hard working friends here on the app to motivate each other. Do you want to recomp/lose fat with me? Than add me, please :)

    Am I allowed to throw a bit of reality in? So, I'm sure Zuzana Light is lifting heavy. Really heavy, and she's dehydrating and doing all sorts of things before she records videos. All new videos are basically recorded on one day for which she looks really lean and muscular. Basically, I'm afraid, like most fitness models she doesn't look like this every day. But: if your photo is you: then wow, that's a great body that you got. It really looks like a good base for strength training. I'm sure others can say a bit more about this. Your envisaged deficit is not big, thus that's good and very realistic. Hey, all the best <3

    Hey thanks :) I feared that comment will come. The foto is me, yes. I am in a pretty good shape, but I don't have muscle definition which I would so badly have. You are right-she must film 3 or more workouts.
    I am also never ever going low carb again, too draining for me. Despite this I will try my best to have more muscle (and definition) even in corona times. I will add you if you don't mind?

    Just my two cents...you sound like my ideal weight! I am 5'7 and trying to get back at 135! Is this Zuzana your same height? I'm sure you look awesome - definitely incorporate strength training!

    Hey, I am happy to hear that. How uch do you have to lose? No, Zuzana is 5 ft 5 and 122 Lbs. I have read it on a post on her website. But weight loss is secondary to me. Yes, I think I need to cut a bit fat on some places, but definitely not a lot, so I am letting myself surprise me what will be the perfect weight. I have been 122 too and I looked like a model, very skinny. It was okay, but I think it is too low if one have more muscle.
