I recently gave birth to my 2nd child. I am having a hard time getting the motivation to workout with a 6-month-old who is up throughout the night and a 4-year-old who keeps me on my toes as well as a full-time teacher.
I am looking for other mamas in a similar boat who would like to start an accountability group. Post your goals below and let's be friends!
My Goals:
-Lose 20 pounds by summer
-Workout 3 days a week
-Build a healthy relationship with food
-Workout safely as to not ruin my breastfeeding journey (goal one-year breastfeeding=June 2021)
What are yours?? What do you need to help you be successful?
Add me! Let's get started!

Hello! I had my son last September and am still struggling to get the rest of the weight off. I have about 10 pounds to lose before I’m at my pre pregnancy weight but I have a weight goal of 140.
My goals are:
Eat more healthy
Get more exercise
Have more energy
Lose 30 pounds
Stop eating out of boredom or stress0 -
Hey! I'm in a similar boat, I've an 9 month old and an almost 4 year old. It is tough to get time and motivation to work out.
My goals are:
- 19lbs total left to lose, already lost 16lbs so almost half way there.
- Get more energy, I'm tired all the time.
- Build a better relationship with food.
- Learn to say no to extra portions or sides.
- Stop night time snacking.
- Workout 4x a week.
