May 6 2020 I was huge. 232.8!
None of my clothes fit. I bicycled every day for a year id lost 3lbs. I started logging my food on fitbit. One day I was trying to look up a food stumbled onto mfp. I liked it better.
My goal is to lose 50 lbs by Christmas.
My exercise goal reach 5,000 miles this year by Christmas
