No, but my winter comforter is very heavy and very warm and comfortable. Can’t stand it in the summer. Much too hot.

Do they get really hot? I like to be cool when I sleep but I'm in the UK so no air con
  • My boyfriend and I use them. He has anxiety and sleeps deeper with it, and I have chronic pain and sleep deeper with it.

As to heat, I don't find they get that hot. Our bedroom now is the warmest room in the house, and I put the ceiling fan on and he and I are comfortable enough, and it's in the mid seventies easy. I would be more worried if it were colder; I 'd have to get a cover for the blanket that actually insulated.

I have sleep issues so I bought myself one, took a bit of getting used to at first but now I love it. For the most part I think I'm sleeping better with it.

It's the fastest way to lose weight. Put a weighted blanket over you and burn more calories while you sleep

I think it does help as you feel like you're being hugged.
