I got a weighted blanket over Christmas and I never could imagine how it helps with sleeping. Anyone else hace one?

No, but my winter comforter is very heavy and very warm and comfortable. Can’t stand it in the summer. Much too hot.

I have two of them and I love them. Makes me feel like an Angel is hugging me.

Do they get really hot? I like to be cool when I sleep but I'm in the UK so no air con
  • My boyfriend and I use them. He has anxiety and sleeps deeper with it, and I have chronic pain and sleep deeper with it.

As to heat, I don't find they get that hot. Our bedroom now is the warmest room in the house, and I put the ceiling fan on and he and I are comfortable enough, and it's in the mid seventies easy. I would be more worried if it were colder; I 'd have to get a cover for the blanket that actually insulated.

Love mine...sleep like a rock now most of the time. Really helps with stress and anxiety.

I have sleep issues so I bought myself one, took a bit of getting used to at first but now I love it. For the most part I think I'm sleeping better with it.

It's the fastest way to lose weight. Put a weighted blanket over you and burn more calories while you sleep

I think it does help as you feel like you're being hugged.
