I'm looking for as many exercise moves for as many parts of the body that can be done with only resistance bands that have the handles. Anything is appreciated as I am not finding alot on Google.

There simply isn't abundance one can do with resistance bands that is useful long term.
Is there a reason why you can't use other means of resistance training?
Some off the top of my head.
Floor press
Seated press
Bent rows
Flys
Reverse flys
Hip hinge

Get you a good Door Anchor Stopper and you can do so much more with resistance bands. I got mine from GoFit. For non-anchored, you can do Squats, Lunges, bicep curls, Alternating shoulder press, Upright rows, & squat with side step.
If you have an anchor to go into the door, you can do Seated Lat pull Down, Squat Row, Paddler's Row, Reverse lunge, Chest press, Post delts, Overhead triceps extension, Kneeling ab crunch, Standing rows, Chest flys, Tricep kickback, Lateral raises, & high knee raises.
