I’m trying to reach 205lbs by my 45th birthday which is January 30th. I started dieting in June and working out on July 30th 2020. I started at 275lbs and I’m currently at 218. I think my body is quitting on me so I’ve dialed it down on my workouts and concentrated more on calorie deficit.

Can you explain what you mean by thinking your body is quitting on you?2

Basically just injuries. I have old injuries that I’m used to working through and now I have new ones that are making it difficult to complete my current routine. I’m still going though just been having to work around them.0

I totally get that. I’m having the same issue. I cut back for December, but apparently not enough.
It’s hard when the heart and “soldiering on” part of you want to keep hitting it, and the body just says,”let me rest”.
Finding the balance is as hard, if not harder, than the actual food part.0
