Plain baked chicken wings

I cannot find a consistent answer for the nutrition info on a plain baked chicken wing. Skin eaten, no breading, no frying, no sauces or seasoning (I'll enter those in separately) I see it ranging from 43-86 calories per wing with different protein and fat counts. What do I believe??

USDA is a good source for most things. https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/fdc-app.html#/food-details/173630/nutrients

You can copy the wording into MFP and should be able to find the same entry, and after a bit you will know how to formulate the searches and recognize which entries are from USDA (MFP put them in back in the day, although many people have also added duplicates).

The bones don't count toward the weight, so I'd weigh the total and then what is left after you eat them.

    It's 254 cals per 100 g or 216 cals per 3 oz (so 72/oz).

Thank you so much! That's very helpful!
