Need to lose the dad bod gut. When I went to fight wild fires thus year going up the ash covered hills took my breath away I'm out of shape. Any tips will be awesome##

Try making 1 small change. For example: having 8oz of water before bed every night. Then after a while add another healthy change. Go me getting enough water each day has always been a struggle, but I make sure I have at least 2 cups when I first wake up and 2 more before I go to sleep. That way I have at least half of the daily recommendation. As far as exercise goes make a goal to have a full body workout once a week. When you feel the once a week is getting too easy add another day of workout. Sometimes going balls to the wall with workouts right away will make you feel burnout faster and end up discouraging you into not wanting to continue. Small steps are a lot easier to manage and still get results.1

Calorie deficit for weight loss, some cardio for stamina. You got this!0
