Hello

Hello everyone,
I'm Jen. I have been using My Fitness Pal for years on and off. It has been a great tool for me to stay on track with my diet goals. I recently had baby #2 and now am lacking in motivation to get up and be active like I was before my pregnancy. Of course this past year has been insane as well with a global pendemic and election. I just can't seem to find a way to want to work out or get up and move. I seem to be stuck in the daily grind of looking after my now 2 kiddos and staying on top of household chores like dishes and laundry. If anyone has advice I would gladly take it. 🙂

    Looking after two kids and a home is exhausting. So be sure to cut yourself a break.

    When I have periods of time where I am not motivated to exercise, I try to assess if I am simply fatigued and need a rest (sometimes a few days) or if it's simply taking the first step and just go do it. Once I'm doing it my body wakes up.
