Hi, anyone in the middle-agers group from the UK ? We are now landlocked in England having been banned from travelling North of the border to Scotland or across the channel to France (or to Ireland).
Feeling trapped!

    Try living in Tier 4 whilst family and loved ones are in mainland Europe and the USA. Marvellous..... :'(

    There are many UK user (I am from the UK but living in ROI now).

    I would recommend adding people at all different stages of their weight loss, perhaps look at the Motivation and Success Stories boards and check out some of the more active Groups too. As you'll find that a lot of people that start at the same time as you will start of full of vigour but may disappear after the first month as the novelty wears off.

    I’m in Leeds. I’ve spent most of the year shielding so tiers don’t even matter to me anymore

    I'm about 30 minutes south of Sheffield. Tier 3 for us, we've dodged tier 4 in the latest announcement (this afternoon) and hoping it stays that way as having to pair off makes our small running group awkward. :D

    And theres the very reason that virus still spreading cause some idiots wont stay in their tiers and not travel even when you been told not to.
