Bad timing like always....

Well, I decided (again) that I'd do something to get back to shape. I threw my back out a few days ago, but if I wait until it's better, I'll be waiting forever. I've already put this off far too long.

When I left the service a few years ago, it was fun getting fat. I never thought it'd be tough to lose, so I was reckless. I've heard it said that "If you do the crime, you do the time." Well, now is my time.

Not sure how this community works, but hopefully we'll all see each other on the other side of this health question sometime soon.

    It won't hurt your back to do your food diary and hasn't it been said getting your weight where it needs to be is 80% what you are eating and 20% exercise. Be gentle to your back, it is the only one you have, and be diligent in doing your food diary. Tracking your food with the calorie chart is a learning activity that will let you know how many calories you are consuming each day. Be careful of the snacks as they can add up.
