Heeey I've friends from everywhere who are brilliant! But it would be nice to have some more people that are in the uk or at least the same time zone for motivation and *kitten* kicking 😁 (been slacking lately so could use it) so guys and girls where you at??

    Sup people, baali here. Just like most people here, am in search for a group where nothing but positivity is spread and offcourse people within the same time zone.

    My problem is that I enjoy working out but not disciplined enough to get enough calories in for gains 🤦🏾.

    Hopefully joining this community will be a constant reminder to myself that WE can do this !
