    As others have said HIIT is over rated and will NOT have you burn 399 in 12 min or whatever other nonsense you’ve heard. There are other benefits already mentioned, so if you enjoy it keep doing it. If you’re only doing it for weight loss, there are better options (mainly CICO since you can’t out exercise a bad diet).
