Back here yet again...

This time I hope I can stick with it. For six years, I've watched the weight slowly creep up. Six years ago, I had around 100 pounds to lose. Now, I have closer to 160. Those things I used to love to do are becoming harder and harder to do. I used to love the great outdoors; now I find it exhausting to be out there for more than twenty minutes at a time. At the end of the day, I'm tired of being tired. I want my life back, and I know it starts with me. Feel free to add me for support; I'm pretty sure I'll be here for awhile. Good luck to those just starting their jorneys as well. Won't be easy, but it'll be so worth it at the end of the day.

I am also starting again and I completely understand what you are saying. I have let the weight pack on and I am so tired of it. Just recently took the kids to the amusement park and pretended I didn't like to ride the rides because I was scared that I wouldn't fit in the seats or that I would embarrass my kids or husband. I have over 160 pounds that I could lose but would be happy to just start seeing some progress. I know that I have to try or nothing is going to change. Thanks for making me feel like someone else out there understands and good luck I am cheering for you.

I’m also back at this again... I’m 59 and battled with weight my whole life, I need all the support I can get, I’m at my highest weight, and so ready to make a change. I have 6 grandchildren and one on the way and want to be around for them.
I never finish anything I start, my intentions are always good but I get discouraged. Let’s all do this together..Good luck to everyone, we got this!! #poundsdown
