I'm Richard. I'm a writer, poet, chef, and vocalist. I used to lift weights, quit because of injuries. Had a stroke on 12/28/2019. Spent this entire year learning to walk again. Being home, I love to create new recipes, with unexpected ingredients, new processes, less seasonings, more herb usage, and condiments used otherwise. I'll be posting a few here from time to time. All will be sugar, gluten free, low calorie, low salt, and nutritiously beneficial.

    Hi, Richard! Those of us on the Food & Nutrition board are always looking forward creative, low cal, nutritious and easy to make recipes. (No pressure, lol!)

    I would, as much as I love it, especially appreciate some new dessert ideas above and beyond yogurt & sugar free pudding mix. Just to change things up a bit......
