JUMPuary 2021 Challenge *4.1.2021*

I'm challenging myself to 24 days of jumping rope for 10 minutes.
Starting Monday, January 4th I will use a timer to:
Jump for 25 seconds, 15 seconds rest for 10 minutes. Each week, I will increase the jumping time by 5 seconds.
Anyone interested in joining me?

    I was supposed to get a weighted jump rope but it slipped my mind. In the meantime, I have a standard one.

    If it doesn't bug the heck out of you, I'd like to try this but I'd start tomorrow (Sunday). I'm on another workout program and my brain can handle only so much overlap between routines lol

    This broke halfway into my last jumping session but not a moment too soon. I finished so the Jumpuary Challenge is done!

    Seems I was a loner here but I've got some advice for anyone thinking of doing this...

    If you're no longer in elementary school, then please stretch your hammies and quads regularly. Either that or don't jump on concrete in your condo's parking garage six days a week 😒
